Dr. Leona Graham, MD

She currently works full-time at the Central Alabama Veterans Administration Health Care Systems. She also is the founder of Dr. Graham Psychiatric Services, LLC. (DRGPS.LLC) and works part-time in collaboration with Wiregrass Behavioral Group, LLC providing Mental health care and with Southeast Intervention Group, Inc. at Herring Houses of Dothan providing treatment for Substance use disorders. Dr. Graham previously served as Medical Director of AltaCare, Southeast Alabama Medical Center’s (SAMC) Outpatient Psychiatry and Counseling program, where she assisted with the expansion of the AltaCare services. She also serves as clinical faculty for Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine and Florida State University College of Medicine. She has recently been asked to serve on the Alabama Task Force on Veterans and Opioids.

Dr. Graham is a native of Bronx, New York. She has vast clinical and direct patient care experience, having worked in health care for over 30 years, initially as a nurse in Michigan and California and then as a Doctor of Chiropractic in Los Angeles, California.
