Stephanie Epding, MS, ALC
Empowering individuals to face life’s hurdles with confidence is at the heart of what I do. As an Associate Licensed Counselor, I strive to provide a creative and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to share their stories. I work from an integrated perspective that incorporates Adlerian Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Family Systems Theory to ensure our sessions are both practical and deeply supportive of your personal goals.
I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a certified AutPlay Therapy provider, which allows me to offer specialized, play-based support for neurodivergent individuals and their families navigating ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Sensory Processing challenges. I am also a trained Level 1 Gottman Therapist, bringing evidence-based tools to my work with couples and families.
My professional foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Nova Southeastern University. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Fran Espey, LPC-S (LPC01337). When I’m not in the office, I’m usually making memories traveling with my husband and our two sons, or enjoying my favorite hobbies: gardening, quilting, sewing, and curling up with a great book.
